Area appears to be a warm dry climate. Not unheard of. Even Japanese steel rusts slower in them states.

Nope, other end of the metro area. Castle Rock. This is the street right next to the rock. I took the picture this morning.

I went there on a photo excursion ended up getting lost and going home through arvada so... I was close . heres some pix from that day
